Concerning the $8,000 Dollars First Time Homebuyers Credit
On October 29th, ABC News interviewed Gary Nelson concerning the possible extension of the $8,000 dollar tax credit to first time home buyers until April of 2010. To see this segment, CLICK HERE!
The government is going to be voting on a bill that will extent the tax credit not only to first time home buyers, but also to those who have lived in their homes for at least five consecutive years out of the last eight. First time home buyers will recieve a tax credit of $8,000 where as home owners who meet the criteria and sell will get a tax credit of $6,500.
