Harford County Market StatisticsMay 2010
May was a great month for real estate in Harford County Maryland, most likely due to the expiration of the Home Buyers Tax Credit. Volume of home sales increased 44% over the same month in 2009. The one small negative was the median price of home sales dropped about 1%. Below are the home buying and selling statistics for Harford County Maryland for May 2010.
